BACKGROUND
Anne has been using the Celtic 12th century Lewis Chessmen on her work for several years. While the images are quirky at times, the symbolism behind them and the choice of media used, invariably help to express life’s timeless issues and circumstances.
She is a member of a critiquing group run by Ridnan Tomkins at COCA gallery, Christchurch, and also an active member of the Diamond Harbour Art Group.
Anne primarily exhibits at the Dobson Bashford and COCA galleries, Christchurch but has also exhibited in Auckland, Wellington, Blenheim and Nelson
